Mountain biking
All alone except for sheep and cattle. I would recommend a Gravel or MTB bike, but I was ok on my road bike (32mm tyres).

This route is beautiful. So much fun on good, chunky tyres. You will probably be the only person there

Bumpy byway fun. 'blue' MTB level. Good on a gravel bike. Bikeable in wet conditions, but expect the western section to be muddy. Can be 'escaped' at the two campsites along the way.
