Running
Just off the main track you’ll see a little off road trail. Follow this up onto the ridge for a stunning view of the surrounding area. If you look around you may find the secret outdoor swimming spot. Just go careful on some parts as the slate is very loose

Mountain biking
Rosebush Quarry opened in 1842 alongside 3 neighbouring quarries. During its peak output in the last 30 years of the 19th century it employed 100 men.
The quarry is now flooded and makes a good snack / drink break spot.

Running
A lovely little tucked away quarry which is great to have a dip mid run. The water is freezing though so bare that in mind! Great area for running and exploring the Presellis
