    It is a pleasure walking in Yearsley Moor. This segment from Piper Hill past Far Slack and Middle Rigg to Greystone Rigg is no exception. Keep in mind that all the hills and riggs are wooded, but it's all very green here. From Greystone Rigg, down the track, there are great views of the hills (above Ampleforth) to the north.

    Wide, comfortable forest tracks here, so chances it'll get very boggy after rain are very small.
