    This accessible trail begins at the bustling Bournemouth Square, a vibrant town center hub. The path primarily follows paved promenades, especially between Bournemouth Pier and Boscombe Pier, making it an excellent choice if you are pushing a pram or using a wheelchair. The well-maintained paths within the Lower Gardens also contribute to the trail's overall ease, ensuring a comfortable experience for various fitness levels.

    Along the way, you will discover several notable features that enhance your hike. Boscombe Pier offers panoramic sea views and a unique musical trail with aluminum instruments, plus a quirky mini-golf course where balls are made of biodegradable fish food. The Grade II listed Lower Gardens are a highlight, featuring beautiful floral displays, a bandstand, an aviary, and even host a Christmas Tree Wonderland in winter. These gardens are also home to the Bourne Stream, which gave Bournemouth its name.
