West Hill has a trig point at 120 m. The highest point of the Knowle Ridge is actually to the west, but because of the shape of the hill you get great views north, east and south.

West Hill is a prominent, 103-metre chalk ridge within the Dorset National Landscape, flanking the iconic ruins of Corfe Castle. Crowned with ancient Bronze Age burial mounds, it offers a steep, rewarding climb with panoramic viewpoints over the historic village, Poole Harbour, and the nostalgic Swanage Railway.
