    St Swithun's was originally built in the 12th century although much of what you see today was built in the Victorian era. A Grade II-listed building, the pews and pipe organ are of Victorian origin. If you look closely you'll see the Ten Commandments carved above the doorway.

    Just of the main road down church lane the turning is marked by the was memorial. A beautiful ancient church- originally an early Christian Saxon church. I sat and took stock in the sunshine. Well worth a visit
