Seatallan is a 2,270-foot (692 m) Wainwright in the Lake District National Park. On the summit plateau you'll find a trig pillar and a large cairn but neither of these mark the Wainwright summit, this point is beside a smaller cairn just a little further to the north west. A great walk that takes in Seatallan is the Greendale Round, which includes neighbouring Wainwrights Buckbarrow and Middle Fell.

Seatallan is a Nuttall as well as a Wainwright and a wonderful short walk along with Buckbarrow and Middle Fell. A nice 10k 750m walk done in the morning before watching England v Ukraine match later on....bring it home England!!

Running

The trig point on Seatallan stands at 2,270 feet (692 m). There is also a large cairn with a wind shelter built into it.

The summit is large, rounded and grassy. The name derives from old Cumbrian, meaning Aleyn's high pasture.
