Sandown Pier reaches out from the beach into the English Channel. From its wooden boards, you can enjoy fantastic views of the Isle of Wights vivid white cliffs and golden sand beaches.
There's plenty for children to get stuck into on the pier too. With crazy golf, dodgems and food outlets, you might have to drag them away.

A traditional pier in a seaside town. A good variety of machines here and indoor crazy golf. The pier itself could do with a bit of a face lift and modernising the same with the crazy golf and cafe too.

Sandown Pier was opened as a Victorian pleasure pier in 1876 and remains a lively spot today. Wander along its boarded length to take in views along the dramatic chalk coastline of the Isle of Wight and out across the Channel towards France.
