Fan Gyhirych has a lower summit, Fan Fraith, and plenty of other nearby peaks to conquer while you’re up there.

Fan Gyhirych is a mountain in the Fforest Fawr section of Brecon Beacons National Park in south Wales. Its highest point at 2,379 feet (725 m) is marked by a trig point which is located towards the western side of the summit plateau. The hill drains to the north into the catchment of the Afon Crai and to the south and west into that of the River Tawe. It is a UK listed Nuttall.

Fan Gyhirych's eroded trig point stands at 2,379 feet (725 m) above sea level in the sprawling Fforest Fawr upland area of the Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) National Park.

The Cambrian Way long-distance trail diverts from the course of the old tramway to visit the summit.
