Beinn a’ Chleibh is a
Munro forever in the shadow of its more illustrious sibling. Its summit is
merely a rise in mighty Ben Lui’s western limb, just high enough to sneak into
the Munro tables by 5 feet (1.5 m).
Even if it hadn’t
made Munro status, Beinn a’ Chleibh would still see plenty of boots. It is part
of an attractive horseshoe route that also bags the higher Ben Lui. Approaches

Beinn a' Chleibh is a 3,005-foot (916 m) Munro in the Scottish Highlands. It's actually one of the smallest Munros on the list. Its neighbour, the popular Ben Lui, towers over it so it's actually hard to imagine it's a Munro when you come to climb it. I hiked them together, alongside Ben Oss and Beinn Dubhchraig as a circuit of four. A marvellous day of hill-walking close to Tyndrum.
